Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook the dumplings according to package directions until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and grated ginger to make the dressing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded carrot, and sliced cucumber.
  4. Add the cooked crispy dumplings and chopped scallions to the salad mixture.
